Southwestern school board meetings will be on the last Monday of each month except for the months of May, June and December. Changes for these months are due to Memorial Day, the superintendent’s vacation, and Christmas break.
· Board meetings will start at 6:00 P.M. local time, all months, except the summer months of June, July, and August.
· These three meetings will start at 7:00 PM.
· All board meetings will be held in the boardroom located in the elementary school at 273 South Main Cross Street, Hanover, Indiana.
· Change in location of any meeting will be advertised.
